As a Nutrition Coach I am passionate about helping my clients get healthier, fitter and to feel better than ever about themselves. 

With my husband, a personal trainer, we're all about encouraging and supporting people to build the consistent and healthy habits that will get them the results they want.

 

Weight loss, strength, energy levels, stamina, food relationships .... we've successfully worked with hundreds of clients on their  goal-focused improvement, mindset and accountability.

Fixing our food relationships can often be the starting point that none of us realise we need. Like any sustainable change, its about taking small bite-size actions .... and working at a pace that its right for you.

 

That's why this Mindful Eating programme is a 30-unit journey. You may choose to work through it in 30 days, you may decide to spend 3 days on a single unit that particularly resonates with you, or challenges you more. You may opt to revisit some units multiple times (and I recommend that you do) ..... it's whatever works best for you.
